Happy Saturday everyone! I hope your weekend has started off on the right foot! I certainly started off mine perfectly with a lovely trip to Whole Foods, and REI.
Now I know many of you want to know to what reason I had deleted my last blog. It was due to a poor website design and I just needed something new, so I put the word out there to all my little bloggie babies about my new URL. (no worries, i'll notify better next time)
So, what's been on my mind lately? I'll tell you, a bunch of stuff. I'm expecting a call from my doctor on Monday to see if I need physical therapy for my knee. If you don't know, I've had bad knees since i've been born. I had a couple of incidents, but nothing too serious. I'm trying to go the no surgery route (many of you will agree it's the best choice for a person my age) and thank the lord it hasn't been completly nessasary.
I want to be 100% for these upcoming soccer seasons since it took such a tole on my poor bum knee the previous soccer seasons. Some of my friends say it's because I had such a vigerous three mile run (no matter the weather circumstances) every day. Being fit, i'm guessing, somewhere you must pay the price.
I'll post my workout's and runnning stuff in blogs to come if you were wondering. Anyways, here's a picture to cheer things up:)
