I am and always will be, the optimist. The hoper of far-flung hopes. The dreamer of improbable dreams.

Stap on your boots kiddies, because this is gunna be a long one.
I have promised that I would share my workout and eating secrets. So, here we go! :D

Workouts/Staying Fit
I'm big on results. I have tried everything under the moon and I have made scheduals. Scheduals are what you need to stick too no matter what. (even if it sucks) I'm going to tell you the cold hard truth, it's not going to be easy, in fact it will be hard. You won't see extreme results fast. Although sign up for Strength and Fitness in school for added time and workouts.
When I'm in soccer, I usualy have practice every day. (depending on the team that is) So,  I do 100 crunches every other week day. Weekends are your friend. Don't do a gosh dang thing that requires exercising, your body needs recovering. After a game, or a hard work out, I use a recover day. It also prevents straining your joints. Limit electronic use extremely!!!
When I'm not in soccer, I do a core workout three days a week, two intense one small, and a three mile jog two days a week. I also put my self on a serious diet. (which we will get to later)
Anyways, here's my workouts that I use to stay in shape:
-Nike Training core work out
-100 crunches (4 different types)
-1000 jumping jacks=1pound gone (10 sets of 100 through a week everyother week)
-3 mile jog
-4 minute workout (on pinterest page
-SOCCER

Diets/Eating Habits
I'm a diet junkie. I have tried many diets, yes, even the dreaded detox and liquid diet. Believe me, it's not worth a half poud that you finally loose after dry heaving and passing out. I have been diapointed on many of them but I have found a couple that have worked. As of right now, i'm on a 21 day no junk or sugar diet. This is too easy. HA!
My eating habits are a little...odd. I have always been a healthy eater since I was born, it just came naturaly. I became a vegatarian, and then found out I was alergic to peanuts. I watch my calories, and never eat anything over 600 cal. I eat a lot of organics and whole grains which is very helpful. Remember: Don't let high calories scare you on healthy foods. Your body will love you for it, and plus you'll work them off anyway. The healthier the food the less fats!
Here are a few secrets and diets I have used that work:
-Eat healthy food when hungary, and nothing when your not.
-Lots of water is key! Drink a glass before a meal or snack and you eat less!
-21 day no junk or sugar(on my pinterest page)
-2 week vegan diet
-no milky drinks except right after workouts
-Carrots are your best friends
-chewing sugar free gum makes you less hungary
-smaller portions
-make your food plate colorful
-make food at home or from scratch
-Whole foods will become your new home
-READ LABLES/INGREDIANTS

Don't do anything too much. I have unfortunatly learned the hard way, which put me in therapy again. Don't starve yourself and make workouts fun! Any questions contact me:)

Unil next time,
Maddie
