Vine or Instgram?

 Lately there has been a lot of talk about Instagram adding 15 second videos to their app; while Vine only 6 seconds. Some of the most popular Viners have spoken out that they will stay on Vine, some others say they are Switzerland. I haven't heard much on frequent Instagram users and how they feel about the newly added video portion.
 I have a Vine and a Instagram and I love them both. Although, do I agree with Instagram getting videos now? No I am not. It has kinda ruined the app for me, the videos take forever to load and sometimes don't even play. Even when I'm scrolling past the videos to see pictures the videos play and won't let me see what I want. I just overall dislike it. Videos belong on Vine not Instagram.

 My question to you, viewers, is what is your opinion?
