The Fruit of Summer Smoothie:
2 cups of TJ's berry supreme frozen fruit ( strawberry, blue, rasp, black berry)
Must be frozen so no ice is used to water down
A half of a regular nectarine with skin
3/4 cup of Kern's Guava juice
Blend for 1 min and a half on high and tada! you have a jamba juice quality smoothie. Perfect for low cal diets or meal substitute for dieters. Or just for a cheap (and much tastier) smoothie than Jamba! Enjoy and happy summer!
