What You Need: Hospital Version

This summer I have had quite a few hospital visits. Not for me thank gosh. The first time around I was in a bathing suit and flip flops. Not so fun. So after spending countless hours and days  in the ICU waiting room, I became smart and started to be more prepared. I promise you, these will make the waiting much more comfortable.

1. Leggings. These are so comfortable to sit in and move around in. Also it gets cold in there.

2. Chargers for everything. Believe it or not, batteries will die faster when your frequently using them.

3. Sports bras! You will not believe how uncomfortable boob jail can be in a seven hour stretch in a hospital sofa.

4. Sweat shirts. No matter where you are on earth it will always be cold. Always.

5. A mini pillow. When all else fails and you want to sleep, this will be so much better.

6. Closed toed shoes. You don't even want to know what I have seen dropped or left on the floor in ICU's. Believe me you will thank me later.

7. Lots of quarters or dollars for the cafeteria. It's a lot better than breaking a 20 in a coins only machine.

8. A pen and paper to write down your questions for the doctor.

9. Anti bacterial wipes. Wipe down as much as you can because if you are not careful, you will be like my sister and come hope with pink eye and strep.

10. The closest hotel/motel to the hospital. It makes it so much easier.

If hospital visits occur use this list and you will be okay. :)

Stay safe and have a wonderful Wednesday!

Until Next Time,
Madison
