Yesterday was my travel teams first game of the season. It was hot as know what and a lot if us got dehydrated. I felt horrible. So, last night I took to Pinterest to give me ideas on how to better hydrate myself and I found this! I tried it today, at first I didn't like it because who
really drinks that much water? But after I felt really good today with a lot of energy and I had a great practice. I recommend you all try it I feel great!
