I am and always will be, the optimist. The hoper of far-flung hopes. The dreamer of improbable dreams.

I hope this isn't as long as I think I might be.
So, since you asked for my style secrets and tips, well gosh darn I will give them to you in the best way I know how. Via pictures and blog entry's. Here we go!

My Personal Style
I took me a long time to find "my style". I guess some people would call it contemporary if anything. No, i'm not a hipster even though I have been accused of such thing. Even though I wear Ray Bans, scarfs, and Toms does not officially make me that stereotype.

Make Up
I know you girls who are reading this just know became more interested. In all honesty, I have horrible skin. (only those of you who know me well are fully aware of my lusting over pictures of flawless skin) I break out easily, so I have to be careful what I put on my face. My Nana discovered a make up in England called N7 a while ago. When it came to the states I gave it a whirl and I am in deep love with it. Screw Mac, I love this better. (i still love you Nars)

Cat eye tip: NEVER use stick eyeliner for this. Always keep it liquid.
Lipstick Tip: Always see a cosmetologist to fit your lipstick color. Once found, goes with anything. Promise.

Up Keep
Now, I need you to get this in your head. Never sleep in your make up. Always wash your face morning and night along with creams. I use Boots Expert face line. AH - MAZ - ING! Or Dove bar. It's God sent. Here's what you do ladies.
-Morning
1. Was face with bar
2. Use scrub
3. cleanser
4. toner
5. acne serum
6. daily moisturizer
-Night
 1. make up remover wipe
 2. scrub
 3. acne serum
I know it seems like a lot to do, but I promise it works.

Hair
Your mom probably told you 100 strokes when you brush your hair. Yes, it works but when brushing brush from bottom up!
Here are hair tips.
 1. Don't wash your hair every day. It'll fall out when your older, while I'm getting my grey hair permed. Instead, use dry Shampoo!
 2. Before blow drying, use the product by John Freda below. Make your hair soft!
 3. Bobby pins before hair ties if possible.
 4. Don't use hair spray unless curling.
 5. Don't jell unless for sports.

I hope I gave you some useful advice today. Any questions contact me. Happy experimenting!

Until next time,
Maddie
