Let's Talk About: Stress

As some of you know, I'm very open about my anxiety and fear of leaving the house. A little portion of my readers share the same issues that I struggle with everyday. I had recently got a email from a reader asking if I could talk about anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, stress, hypochondria, OCD, etc. I did write on some of those in this blog post, but upon request I will write about this one. I may do something like this more often for those of you who need or seek support. With out further ado, let's get started.

Not to worry, every one has stress. It's completely natural. A little bit won't kill you. I have stress, a lot of it actually, and it's because of a lot of things I shouldn't worry about. When I was little, I started to get rashes all over my body, and for the longest time we couldn't figure out why. Eventually, we found out that I was my own problem. I was causing my rashes by stressing myself out. Weird, right? To this day I'm still like that. I kinda feel like i'm living in a black and white sad picture when i'm stressed.
Controlling stress, for some people, is hard; for others it's easy. If you struggle with that, I have some personal tips that I use to relieve some of that extra worry. I read, listen to music, take deep breaths, walk and/or jog, and drink tea. It really works.
To avoid stress, avoid high stress situations and work on calming your self and try to be in more mellow environments. It's really up to you. You have control of you and sometimes people need to realize that to expel the bad stuff and take in the good stuff. Ya, it's hard, I won't lie to you it is. But, as long as you work on it, it becomes something easy and simple. Stress will go away. I promise. Happy faces! :)

 Until Next Time,
Madison
