Christmas In the City

I hope everyone had a wonderful and blessed Christmas as I did! Last Tuesday my family flew out to San Francisco to meet up with my dad's fam. On my way out of the terminal sitting on the ground was my soccer hero Megan Rapinoe. I just died. (well mostly cried) and I got a picture with her! Thank you Lord! We stayed at the Grand Hyatt located in Union Square (which also are home to all of my favorite expensive shops) and it was absolutely a dream. The gym was to die for and a extra plus, 70 and very attractive Washington state football players just happened to stay in the Hyatt as well. ;) Christmas eve we went to a Japanese restaurant and had the food made right in front of us! It was spectacular. On the way back, instead of taking a taxi, us teens got in the back of my Uncle Bob's truck and rode back there. Poor choice after eating Chinese food.
On Christmas day we had breakfast in the lounge after a little morning gym time and then went to China town. I can tell you I was not impressed, and I certainly hurried out when there were dead rats on trash cans. Just not my cup of tea. We went to dinner at a fine restaurant in Ghirardelli square and it was soooo crowed but the food was so worth it.
The next morning, my mom and I went to the HUGE Macy's sell just across the square and I bought too much that I could handle and of course I went back for more. I have a addiction. Then for our last dinner together we went to a fine grill which again I was not impressed. When we got back to the Hyatt a super cute guy was singing in the lounge so I went up and put on some heels and listened to his wonderful music.
On our final day, we finished up some shopping and headed to the airport to which was a absolute nightmare.
I'm just so glad I had a wonderful time with the fam and I can't wait to here about some of your adventures. :)

Until Next Time,
Madison
XOXO
